Garden Keepers' Sessions
Become a Keeper of the Garden!
Join us in the garden for these regularly scheduled evenings of hands-on garden learning where children and their families participate in seasonal garden maintenance, including planting, watering, weeding, and harvesting! These Garden Keepers’ Sessions provide ongoing education about plant care, soil health, and the importance of stewardship while ensuring the garden remains a thriving space for the community.
Our Garden Keepers’ Sessions invite children and their families to become keepers of the garden, tending to the space throughout the growing season while learning essential skills in gardening, sustainability, and ecosystem care.
What to Expect
Each session brings new discoveries; whether it’s building trellises for tomatoes, harvesting the first ripe tomato, spotting a monarch butterfly among the milkweed, or learning the art of seed saving. Guided by our garden educators and community partners, these sessions foster a sense of responsibility, patience, and wonder, helping children and families develop a lasting connection to nature.
Through Garden Keepers’ Sessions, participants don’t just care for the garden; they become part of its story, nurturing a space that will continue to bloom for future generations.

PTN After Dark
Formerly named Coffee & Cars, CSN Automacs, in partnership with Porsche True North, is proud to present “PTN After Dark”.
PTN After Dark will occur at CSN Automacs, 1091 Speers Road, Oakville, ON, on August 8th commencing at 6 p.m. and concluding at 9 p.m.
As always, we are raising money for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Since its inception, the show has raised approximately $5,000 yearly for Make-A-Wish, and our goal this year is to match this amount.

EarthKeepers Club
The EarthKeepers Club is a program that focuses on serving, reflecting on, and learning about the natural world. It is a space for youth (ages 12-16) to connect with others their age that have similar interests in the environment and conservation. Through this program, we aim to make a tangible impact and have fun along the way!
The EarthKeepers Club currently has no cost to join and runs from April-November, on the second Saturday of each month. We are able to offer 3 volunteer hours for high school students that participate in a program day.
We are excited to welcome you to the EarthKeepers Club whether it is your first time or you have been many times before!

Car Wash Fundraiser!
Come join us and get your car washed at St. Luke's Palermo to support community outreachOn Saturday, August 9th, we will be hosting our annual Car Wash Fundraiser—bring your car, bring your friends, and help us make a difference in the community!🧼🫧
With a suggested $10 donation, all proceeds go directly toward community centre programs that support those in our neighborhood.
The fire department will be stopping by with a fire truck at 11AM for a fun and interactive visit! Families can meet real firefighters, explore the truck, and learn about fire safety. Don't miss out!🚒

Hamilton Kidney Golf Tournament

Wienerpawlooza
Come join us for a fun-filled day of vendor stalls, delicious barbecue, wiener dog races (all dog breeds welcome), costume contests, games, a silent auction and prizes galore!!
Entrance is free and all proceeds raised go towards the support and care of the dogs in CDRO foster care.
Please note retractable leashes are not allowed for everyone's safety
