Pink Ribbon Ride
Join us for a special day of dressage lessons with featured clinician Esther Mortimer, all in support of the Juravinski Cancer Centre.
Private 45-minute lessons are available for $125 per rider, and auditing is welcome at $30 for the day.
To reserve your riding or auditing spot, please send your e-transfer to pribbonride@gmail.com
Our popular silent auction will launch in person at the event on May 17, 2026, and will continue online for the following week so everyone has a chance to participate.
We are currently seeking donations for our silent auction. If you are able to sponsor a prize, we would love to support your business through promotion at the event and on our Facebook page.
As always, 100% of proceeds will be donated to the Juravinski Cancer Centre through the BRIGHT Run/Walk for Breast Cancer Research.

It all starts here. Join us for the Black & Gold Kickoff, in support of Purolator Tackle Hunger — your first opportunity to see the 2026 Hamilton Tiger-Cats take the field at training camp.

Bellstone Plant Sale
The sale features mostly perennials and shrubs of all shapes, colours and sizes for every imaginable area of your garden (sun, shade, sun/shade, etc.), each lovingly removed from healthy donor gardens, donated by local businesses, or grown specifically for the plant sale. In addition, we will have annuals, vegetables and other assorted plants and products for your gardens.
We also sell topsoil and mulch, bagged or in bulk. Orders for bulk soil and/or mulch can be placed on our official sale website. Bagged soil and mulch can be purchased at the school on our sale dates. And don’t forget our selection of flagstone, decorative boulders, or natural wall stone which are also available at the school on the sale dates!
We need many volunteers and customers to make this event a success each year. So please come on out and support this successful fundraiser before, during and after the sale!

Combat and Classics Show 2026
Do you have a military vehicle or classic car? Bring it out and show it off! Or just stop by and enjoy the collection of vehicles! Drop by the museum to discover the vast military heritage of Brant county and the surrounding areas. The museum is ipoen until 4! Admission is free by donation.

Dundas Victoria Day Fireworks!
Location: Dundas Driving Park - 71 Cross Street, Dundas ON – Main entrance is at Cross Street
Admission: FREE! We encourage donations at the gate to support the Dundas Lions Club and its various community initiatives.
Programming from 2pm to dark:
- Kids Zone with bouncy castles, slides, and obstacle courses
- Live music and entertainment
- 15+ food trucks and vendors
- Community atmosphere all afternoon
Parking:
Restrictions: Personal fireworks, sparklers, drones, and pets are not permitted in the park.

Pet Portrait Fundraiser!
IT’S TIME! BOOKINGS ARE OPEN!
On May 22, 23, and 24, visit the pet portrait fundraiser in Burlington to help local rescues who are overwhelmed right now with vet bills and dogs needing care.
These are the same rescues pulling dogs out of really hard situations, and right now, they need us.
For a minimum $45 donation plus tax, you’ll get a beautiful studio portrait of your dog on a clean white background, and 100% of your session fee goes directly to the rescues.
A charitable tax receipt will be provided.
Even better, if you fall in love with more images, 50% of all additional sales are donated too.
So your dog’s photo isn’t just a photo… it’s helping feed, treat, and save another dog’s life.
Your gallery will be ready within one week. You’ll choose your favourite image to be fully edited, with the option to purchase more if you’d like, no pressure

Touch-a-Truck
Check out the City’s Public Works fleet, including snowplows, Hamilton Street Railway (HSR) buses, street sweepers, hydro excavation trucks, litter vacuums, a loader truck and a line painter truck.
Beyond the vehicles, Touch-a-Truck features fun activities and giveaways for kids, such as a traffic light demonstration, animal encounters, paint-a-snowplow-blade, face painting and a live DJ.
National Public Works Week (May 17 to 23) is a celebration of the City’s dedicated Public Works staff, whose work is “Rooted in Service and Powered by Community”. Each day, they help bring vital services in Hamilton to life, from public transit and road construction to safe drinking water, stormwater systems, clean parks and so much more.
