    Ever wondered if your child or young adult would love curling? Now’s your chance to find out - with your first visit free!
    Join us on a Sunday morning where they can slide, sweep and laugh their way through a fun, no-pressure introduction to the sport. It’s the perfect way to see if they enjoy it before signing up!
    If after their first visit they love it (which we think they will!), you can register for the rest of the season! Whether it’s the beginning, middle, or end of the season (April) - you can join anytime at the Glanford Curling Club!

    âś… Ages 8-20
    âś… Just bring clean shoes with RUBBER soles, warm clothes, CSA approved helmet (bike and hockey helmet permitted) and a smile!

  • Ladybird Soiree 2026

    Ladybird Soiree 2026 features musical performances by celebrated Canadian artists Whitehorse, The Ladybirds (comprised of founders Melissa McClelland, Lisa Winn and Janine Stoll), and jazz quintet Nosey Neighbour. This event promises to be a not-to-be-missed live music experience for a great cause.

    Shawn and Ed Brewing Co. in Dundas, Ontario continues to be our perfect venue and we invite guests to join us for an intimate evening of music, complimentary wine, beer and vegan fare, a silent auction and more.

    All proceeds from Ladybird Soiree contribute to our cornerstone Help Build the Farm capital campaign to acquire a rural farm property in the future where we plan to run our animal rescue, rehabilitation and adoption programs in the future. We’re closer than ever to reaching this long-awaited milestone, and we hope you’ll join us in celebrating as we step into a brighter future for the animals of Ladybird.

    The Lions Club of Paris Maple Syrup Festival is back on April 11th from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and we’re looking for amazing vendors to join us!

    Who doesn’t love hot pancakes smothered in the real deal maple syrup?  Served fresh and delicious all day long! Alongside this sweet tradition, we welcome a wide variety of food vendors, artisans, makers, and local businesses to be part of this well-loved community event.
