Winterfest!
Come out and join in the fun and excitement at Gourley Park as we celebrate our annual Winterfest in the Park. There will be horse drawn wagon rides. There will be log sawing, nail driving, other Winter related games, activities, crafts and events. Invited are Chimo, the Winterfest mascot, Acorn the Squirrel, Hamilton Bulldogs Bruiser, the Cats Claws Face painting team and so much more. Ancaster Optimist Club Catch the Ace!
The Ancaster Optimist Club supports children and youth in Ancaster and surrounding communities by funding learning opportunities, sports, charitable donations and a host of other initiatives. The club is operating a Catch the Ace progressive raffle as its newest fundraising project. The progressive jackpot continues to grow! The club needs your support! Valentines Paint Night Fundraiser
Join us for a fun night of painting to help raise funds for Branch 163. We paint on a 12x16 canvas and everything needed for painting including all paint supplies and aprons will be provided. The painting portion is fully taught step by step, no experience required and lasts about 1.5-2 hours. You may also get creative with the colours. Inch Park Skating Club
Inch Park Skating Club registration is now open! First session starts October 18th at 6:10pm for ages 4-7. Second session starts October 18th at 7:15pm for ages 8+. This program will run from October 18th - March 7th. They are closed December 27th, 2024. Times may vary if the ice requires a flood. Dates & times may be subject to change. Try Curling!
Open to everyone and free of charge! The main focus of the clinic will be teaching how to properly deliver a rock and see if curling really is as easy as it looks on tv.
Learn more about proper delivery form and some of the basic strategy of the game! Everyone welcome. Kids 12 and under should please bring a helmet to wear on the ice.
Registration closes on February 14 at 11:59pm or once the event is full.
